SHANDONG WOSAI BUILDING MATERIAL CO.,LTD
At present, insulating glass has been widely used in commercial office buildings, large shopping malls, high-rise residential buildings and other buildings. It has excellent heat insulation and sound insulation performance, beautiful and practical. The insulating glass is made by bonding two (or more) pieces of glass with the spacer strip. The sealing types mainly adopt the adhesive strip method and the adhesive bonding method. At present, the most commonly used is the two-way sealing structure in the adhesive bonding sealing structure. Its structural form is shown in the figure below: the two pieces of glass are separated by the spacer strip, and the spacer strip and the glass are sealed with butyl glue for the first time, Molecular sieve is filled inside the spacer, and the gap formed between the glass edge and the outside of the spacer is sealed with two layers of sealant.
Hollow glass
1、 Silicone structural sealant for insulating glass:
It is mainly used for the two-way structural bonding of insulating glass of hidden frame glass curtain wall, semi hidden frame glass curtain wall and point supported glass curtain wall to ensure the structural stability of insulating glass. It needs to bear the climate aging of ultraviolet, ozone and moisture for a long time, as well as the internal stress caused by wind load, gravity load, temperature difference and structural deformation for a long time.
Rubber parts: two-way structural sealing of hollow glass for hidden frame glass curtain wall, semi hidden frame glass curtain wall and point supported glass curtain wall.
Key properties: tensile strength, adhesion and aging resistance, with certain requirements for modulus and hardness.
2、 Silicone elastic sealant for insulating glass:
It is mainly used for the secondary sealing of insulating glass of exposed frame and doors and windows to ensure the structural stability of insulating glass and bear the internal stress caused by external environment. Therefore, the most important properties are tensile strength, adhesion and aging resistance, and there are certain requirements for modulus and hardness.
Glue position: the exposed frame glass curtain wall and the second seal of insulating glass for doors and windows.
Key technical indicators: tensile strength, adhesion and aging resistance, with certain requirements for modulus and hardness.
